With the sawing/drilling machine KDXS R 1015 from Kaltenbach IHNEN AURICH is able to process raw profiles up to a width of 1,040 mm. With this machine steel construction profiles can be drilled, grained and sawed to the precise length in one stage. Rolled steel sections like double T-steel, T-steel, U-steel, angle steel, structural tubing shape and flat steel will be processed.
The boring unit of the plant disposes of an automized tool changing unit at three drilling spindels for 5 tool dimensions each. The tools are positioned and automatically countersinked in a very precise way via spindle ball bearing arrangements and servomotor.
