The notching robot from Kaltenbach is located at the end of the production line and helps IHNEN AURICH to fullfil the quality demand of IHNEN AURICH concerning series production. Individual forms and outlets are flame-cutted out of the steel girders serving e.g. to connect the girder in a 90 degree angle to a further girder. The girders are fixed/clamped into the notching robot and processed with 4,000 til 5,000 celsius degree via slewable arm.
