Big welding and flame-cutting robot
Three Cloos welding robots, two Romat 350 as well as one Qirox-compact cell, are welding prefabricated, multilayered steel profiles from all directions. Each of them disposes of 6 robots as well as 6 external axises.
In his two stations, the bigger one of the two Cloos welding robots Romat 350 is able to get hold of production units of 7.50 m length and 2.50 m width each. The production of individual parts up to a length of 17 m is possible, if one station is separated.
Use:
Three-dimensional profile processing, cutting and welding
Procedure:
The material to be processed will be supplied via a semi-automized gravity roller conveyor or via a fully automized positioning table. The welding or flame cutting procedures are fully automized. All procedures can be controlled in a flexible way.
The operation program can be programmed offline or in the “teach” procedure. This enables a fast and precise individual part production.
